Biloxi Mississippi

Biloxi, MS is home to several casino resorts as well. Biloxi is a city in Mississippi. Biloxi used to be the third largest city in Mississippi, but after Hurricane Katrina it no longer holds that designation.

The Biloxi beach front is on the Mississippi sound and the city is one county away from the Mississippi River. On the Mississippi River you can see many river boats and even a casino that operates as a large river paddle boat on the Mississippi River.

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Casino and Resort, announced by Harrah’s to be built on the site of the old Grand Casino Biloxi and Casino Magic properties.

Island View Casino Resort is nearby Gulfport’s only casino and home to one of world-famous chef Emeril Lagasse’s restaurants.

The Silver Slipper was the first land-based casino to open following Hurricane Katrina. This beachfront resort is located just outside Bay St. Louis, west of Biloxi.
